Financial Consultant (Remote & Flexible)

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped Earning Potential)

• Entry-Level (0–3 yrs): $65,000 average annual earnings
• Mid-Level (4–7 yrs): $284,000 average annual earnings
• Senior-Level (8–10+ yrs): $500,000+ average annual earnings

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (100% Remote / Flexible Schedule)

• Self-Driven & Coachable: A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn proven business systems.
• People-First Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to educate and empower families.
• Background: Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but willingness to be trained within our system is what matters most.
• Bonus: Bilingual capability (English/Spanish) is a major plus!
• Licensing: Must be willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (we provide complete licensing support and study guidance).

Key Responsibilities

• Client Education: Educate individuals and families on personal financial strategies, retirement planning, and asset protection.
• Needs Analysis: Analyze client financial goals and evaluate current coverage or savings plans.
• Custom Recommendations: Deliver tailored recommendations using our suite of life insurance and wealth-building products.
• Relationship Building: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Professional Growth: Participate in ongoing mentorship, carrier training, and industry tools workshops to stay current on market best practices.
