• Expected Duration: Full-Time Coverage During Provider Leave of Absence
• Coverage Need: Full-Time Coverage; May Be Split Between Multiple Part-Time Providers
• EMR: Epic

• Hourly: $310/hour
• Overtime: $470/hour
• Night Call: $430/shift

• Typical Onsite Hours: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Call Coverage: Remaining 16 Hours
• Call Type: Beeper / Phone Call
• Typical Rotation: 1 Week On / 1 Week Off
• Exact Call Ratio and Callback Expectations to Be Discussed During Department Interview

• 100% Neonatal Patients
• 100% Inpatient
• Average Daily Census: Approximately 14 Patients
• Level III NICU

• Provide Inpatient Neonatology Coverage
• Manage Neonatal Patients in a Level III NICU
• Provide Required After-Hours Call Coverage
• Perform Neonatal Intubation
• Perform Umbilical Venous Catheter (UVC) Placement
• Perform Lumbar Puncture
• Perform PICC Line Placement
• Provide Other Procedures and Clinical Care Expected in a Level III NICU

• Level III NICU
• No Leadership or Teaching Responsibilities Required
• Epic EMR

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Within 5 Years - Required
• Neonatology Fellowship Training - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Neonatology - Required
• Active Michigan Medical License or Willing to Obtain - Required
• NRP - Required
• DEA Registration - Required
• Level III NICU Skills and Procedural Competency - Required
• Clean Background - Highly Preferred

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 3-4 Months
• Temporary Privileges Not Available
