We are hiring full-time Delivery Drivers and package couriers who are ready to hit the road, deliver with purpose, and grow with a team that values hard work and reliability. No prior delivery experience? No problem - paid training is provided.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities
As a Non CDL Delivery Driver and courier with Crews and Co. Logistics, you will deliver with purpose and represent our team in the communities we serve. Daily responsibilities include:
• Deliver 200 to 300 packages to residential and commercial locations each day
• Follow your navigated delivery route to ensure on-time package delivery
• Load and unload packages into your delivery vehicle at the start and end of each shift
• Scan and confirm packages at each stop to maintain accurate delivery records
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers at every door
• Get in and out of the delivery van repeatedly throughout the day - this is an active, physical role
• Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• Assist fellow drivers with route support calls when needed
• As a courier, you are responsible for the safe and timely handling of every package in your care
Delivery Driver Requirements
We are looking for dependable, motivated Delivery Drivers - no CDL required. Here is what you will need to qualify:
• Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record (MVR will be reviewed - multiple violations may disqualify)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Must be available to receive work-related text communications from management
Please Note: The hiring process takes approximately one week to complete. Out-of-state driver's licenses may require additional processing time.
